That’s why we developed our speaker coaching based on the TED formula. In small groups, your executives learn how storytelling works and what elements make up a great TED Talk.
Together, they analyze successful presentations by others and learn to recognize and apply the individual elements in them.
At the end, your executives will prepare their own presentations, and deliver them in front of their coach and their fellow participants.
They will receive detailed feedback from their coach and participants and discover their personal speaker strengths.

1. Understand the basics
In captivating presentations you will learn how storytelling works and which elements define a TED Talk (incl. detailed handout)
2. Analyze successful TED talks
Together we will analyze successful TED Talks and learn how to use and apply the individual elements.
3. Give your own TED talk + get feedback
You will develop your own presentation and give it in front of your coach and your fellow participants. Afterwards you will receive detailed feedback from your coach and learn where your personal strengths as a speaker lie.
